Who we are


In 2015 Helle Thorbjørn established Nordic Development - a company which supports organizations, teams and individuals in their aim to be successful and release their biggest potential in an always changing environment.

Nordic Development works with clients to optimize their connections and partnerships with their surrounding world, commissioners, key stakeholders and each other.

Working with organizations and teams Nordic Development facilitates workshops enabling the attendees to discover new perspectives and providing tools which enable them to continue their development journey after the workshop. In parallel to this Helle Thorbjørn also works with leaders individually.

The methods used are Executive Business Coaching and Systemic Team Coaching. The desired outcome is to help the clients (individually and team based) release their biggest potential to contribute to their own success, as well as the success of the wider system. By incorporating tools for learning, it becomes a norm for individuals and teams to have a broader perspective upon where and how they can contribute.


With more than 25 years of experience in leadership and consultancy, I deliver individual and team coaching to all organizational levels from executive top management to specialist level. I have experience in development of Business Transformation solutions for national and international clients to make businesses and organizations more efficient. I work with change management, business strategies and talent management.

The latest employment before becoming a consultant (from 1997) was with Panduit Europe Ltd. I was P/L responsible for EMEA, and obtained success through coaching Country Managers and key individuals in the organization to ensure implementation of the global strategy.

IST-2000R Test of cognitive skills. The IST-2000R is a series of tests that can be applied for personnel selection and whenever a broad assessment of intelligence is required. The test is developed to measure the norm area of adults, however it differentiates in both the high and low end of the IQ spectrum.
